Terminal 2, Level 1, Arrivals

Upon exiting to Arrivals, walk straight ahead. You will see the WeKnowLondon Travel Services & Information Desk in front of you, next to the Heathrow Express self service machines.

Terminal 3, Level 0, Arrivals

Upon exiting to Arrivals, walk straight ahead bearing right until you see the green SIM Local shop. The WeKnowLondon Travel Services & Information desk will be to your right in the middle of the Arrivals hall.

Terminal 4, Level 0, Arrivals

We have two desks in Terminal 4.

• T4A - If you have large suitcases, turn right upon exiting to Arrivals. Continue towards the car rental desk and toilets, the WeKnow Travel Services & Information desk is next to Excess Baggage.
• T4B - If you have smaller bags, you can exit left through the barriers and our desk is ahead of you, just in front Boots and the exit to the trains to London and Heathrow Express.

Terminal 5, Level 0, Arrivals

Upon exiting to Arrivals, turn right. The WeKnowLondon Travel Services & Information desk is between Travelex Currency Exchange and Sim Local, opposite the Meeting Point and seating area.

• Underground Terminal 2/3 Walkway - located opposite the entrance to Central Bus Station and next to the London Underground
• Central Bus Station -  located in front of Black Sheep Coffee
• Pop-up desks - we have small pop-up units also located in Terminal 2, Terminal 3 and Terminal 5
