What is Airport Meet & Greet?

Airport Meet & Greet

With Airport Meet & Greet, your driver will be waiting in the Arrivals area from the time stated on your booking confirmation with your name displayed on a name board for a faster gate to vehicle experience. We will be tracking your flight, so should there be any changes to your flight's schedule, your pick up time will be automatically adjusted accordingly and you'll receive an email confirming the new pick up time.

Please note that 30 minutes driver waiting time and parking charges are included with your booking from the time stated on your booking confirmation. If we are not able to make contact with you after the 30 minute waiting time period your booking will be temporarily cancelled until we hear from you and a £15 re-booking fee will apply should you wish to reschedule your ride. Alternatively, if you're running late and would like your driver to wait over the 30 minute period, there will be an additional charge of £0.50 per minute from the 31st minute.

Without Airport Meet & Greet

Without Airport Meet & Greet included in your booking, we will wait to hear from you before we send in your driver, who will usually arrive within 15-20 minutes after you make contact. This option suits some people as there is no need to worry about potential delays collecting your luggage or getting through customs, and therefore no risk of additional waiting time charges applying to your booking.

To minimise your waiting time for the driver to arrive, you can contact us once you have reach Customs (after collecting your luggage) and we'll prepare your driver to be sent in to meet you at the WeKnow Travel Services & Information Desk in the Arrivals Terminal.
